Dr. Suzanna Riddle grew up in Colorado. She obtained a BS in Microbiology and a MS in Veterinary Anatomy and Physiology at Colorado State University, before moving out of the state. She graduated from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine and then moved to Rochester New York to complete her internship at Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Services. After her internship Dr. Riddle worked in up-state New York in a practice that combined general practice, emergency care, exotic pet and zoo medicine. She was part of a small team of veterinarians that cared for the animals at the Ross Park Zoo in Binghamton, New York. Most recently, Dr. Riddle was working as an emergency veterinarian in an emergency and specialty center just north of New York City, but she missed Colorado and was very excited to return home and join the team at Community Pet Hospital. Dr. Riddle lives with two mischievous cats, two cockatiels and a Guinea pig. She is an avid movie buff, loves to bake and try out new gourmet vegetarian recipes.
