DVM

Dr. Britain Hookham

Dr. Hookham packs a lot of punch in a small package! When she isn’t buzzing around the halls of the hospital tending to our emergency cases, she stays active off shift with Crossfit, paddle boarding, hiking and traveling. Originally from New Jersey, her travel bug took her to the beautiful island of Granada where she earned her DVM degree at St. George’s University. After finishing her clinical year at the University of Georgia, she returned to her home state of New Jersey to practice as an emergency clinician before moving to Colorado. During her time on the island, she accumulated 3 Pothounds, which is a fancy term for island mixed breeds: Cole, Ally & Kal. Although she might not admit it, she also has a soft spot for Chihuahuas!
