COVID & Curbside Appointment

For Clients Wishing to Limit Human to Human Exposure

COVID-19 Update:

Our dedicated doctors and staff are committed to the community and will continue to provide the best in veterinary care.  Our lobby is currently closed to clients, however you will have the option to accompany your pet into the exam room.  In order to comply with state mandates and safety recommendations, clients entering the hospital must comply with the following:

  • A mask must be worn at all times

  • A temperature check and health screening questionnaire will be completed on entrance

  • Only 1 person per appointment

We Offer Curbside Appointment Service:

What to expect with curbside appointments:

  • Call the front desk when you arrive.

  • A technician will greet you at your vehicle.  If you would like to come into the exam room, your technician will escort you and your pet into the hospital.  Otherwise, we can bring your pet safely into the hospital for an exam while you wait in your car.

  • While you wait, you can listen to tunes, call a friend, scroll your social media... we just ask that you have your phone available for the doctor!

  • The doctor will perform the exam and call you to discuss their recommendations.

  • At the end of the appointment, a client service member will call you to collect payment over the phone and a technician will bring your pet back to your vehicle.
