Client care team

This highly energetic group receives you with open arms when you arrive at Community Pet Hospital. Vital to the comfortable experience we want you to have at our facilities, our Client Care Team makes client service a priority. They are available to assist you, whether it’s answering questions, scheduling appointments, responding to billing questions, providing grief counseling or helping with our other services.

  • Claire has been working at CPH for more than two years as a Client Care Specialist and lives with her husband Scott in Thornton. Claire has three cats – Henry, Bug and Baxter – and the world’s most spoiled dog, Willow. Claire enjoys traveling with her husband, reading and hiking.
  • Jamie J.

  • Jamie began her career in veterinary medicine as a Client Care Specialist. She is currently attending Colorado State University pursuing a degree in Equine and Animal Science, and hopes to further her career with a hands-on approach with the animals. She currently resides in Greeley with her dogs, cats and horses and her husband. She loves anything outdoors and looks forward to the new experiences that life has in store.

  • Lauren joined the Client Care Team in August 2010. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 2010 with a degree in Health Management and moved to Denver, Colorado to be closer to family. When she is not working or playing with her cat Jack at home, she spends her time in the mountains getting to know the locals, hiking, and learning about her new home.

  • Nancy has been a client care specialist at CPH since June 2000. She strives to share her positive attitude with the hospital’s clients, and feels blessed to work with such a great team while caring for their pets and their owners. She has a four-year old chocolate lab named Gunner and Stanley, a tuxedo kitten that is a new addition to the family. She also has a house full of fish, and enjoys bringing in as many birds as possible to her many bird feeders! She loves her family dearly, and enjoys reading, cooking and collecting gem stones.

  • Maggie B.

  • Maggie has been working at CPH since March 2011. After graduating with a zoology degree from CSU, Maggie spent time in Waco, TX working as a zookeeper at Cameron Park Zoo, She worked with a variety of animals, including primates, carnivores, hoofstock and elephants. She continues her passion for zoo animals by volunteering at the Denver Zoo. Maggie’s interests include animal training and medicine, scrap booking, tennis and being outdoors. She lives in Denver with her husband and two children, along with two cats and one very crazy german short hair pointer. .
