Client care team
This highly energetic group receives you with open arms when you arrive at Community Pet Hospital. Vital to the comfortable experience we want you to have at our facilities, our Client Care Team makes client service a priority. They are available to assist you, whether it’s answering questions, scheduling appointments, responding to billing questions, providing grief counseling or helping with our other services.
- Claire has been working at CPH for more than two years as a Client Care Specialist and lives with her husband Scott in Thornton. Claire has three cats – Henry, Bug and Baxter – and the world’s most spoiled dog, Willow. Claire enjoys traveling with her husband, reading and hiking.
- Amanda B., Team Lead
- Amanda joined the CPH team in December of 2013, she has been working as a veterinary client care receptionist for the past 9 years and absolutely enjoys interacting with the clients and their furry friends. Amanda shares her home with a Chihuahua and a Giant Schnauzer. She also has a Ball Python and a crazy Chinchilla. During her free time Amanda enjoys photography, spending time with her niece and nephew, being outdoors with her dogs, riding horses and spending time out in the country on her family’s farm where they breed and raise miniature potbellied pigs along with various other goats, poultry and llamas.
- Nicole has been working at CPH since June of 2012. She started as one of our bathers for grooming then moved up to Client Care. She is attending Metropolitan State University in Denver and working on majoring in Adult Fitness and minoring in Nutrition. She lives with her boyfriend and adorable dog Duke. Some of her favorite things to do is hiking, playing soccer, cooking with her boyfriend, working out, and hanging out with friends.
